fungi Tzatziki

Try this fresh tzatziki recipe to liven up any meal! Tzatziki is a versatile, rich and creamy dip that goes well with grilled veggies, sandwiches, salads, meat and more!

Ingredients

300 g Greek or plant-based yoghurt

1 cucumber

2 tbsp olive oil

2 cloves of garlic

1-2 ts fungi Umami Salt

1/2 tbsp black pepper

chives

lemon juice

1 olive for decoration

Steps

1 Grate the cucumber and press the water out

2 Put it in a bowl and add lemon juice

3 Add yoghurt, pepper, salt and garlic

4 Mix the ingredients together

5 Pour some olive oil and chopped chives on top before serving and decorate with an olive
