Parsnip soup

Ingredients

2-3 shallots

1 clove garlic

olive oil

vegetable broth

3-4 parsnips

1,5 dl cooking cream (regular or plant-based)

pepper

1 tbps fungi Original

Steps

1 Peel and cut the parsnip into smaller pieces

2 Peel the shallots and cut them into pieces

3 Fry the shallots and garlic in olive oil

4 Pour in the broth and cream, and cook until the parsnips are tender, approx. 10 minutes

5 Season with pepper and fungi Original, and let the soup come to a boil
