fungi Umami Salt is a glass of pure umami made with dried mushrooms, black pepper, juniper berries, pine needles & love.

We make passionate everyday cooking a breeze with our all-natural flavour enhancers. All products are made from scratch, by hand. Entirely plant-based, free from allergens and additives.

This product is perfect to boost flavour and balance your favourite soups, sauces, dressings, casseroles, marinades, dips and even desserts!

We source traditional nordic spices and ingredients from EU and non-EU agriculture.
Whilst most of ingredients are already organic, we are working hard to acquire our EU certification for Organic products in 2022, expected to go live by Q3 2022.
